
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup pure coconut water
- 2 ribs (or sticks) of celery, chopped
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method :
- Put all of the ingredients into the blender. Blend for about 50-55 seconds. If using the Nutri Ninja Blender, you can push Blend, but you"ll need a few more seconds.
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
