Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Veal chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup White wine
- 2 Apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat oil in oven- safe sauté pan over medium-high heat
- Season veal with salt and pepper. Add chops to pan, cook 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add wine and apples to pan. Transfer to oven and cook, turning once, 10-12 minutes. Stir butter into sauce until melted.
- Serve with cauliflower mash or mashed potatoes.
