Ingredients :
- 1 large can Sweet Potatoes, Mashed (3 cups)
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1/3 Cup Butter
Method :
- Beat together sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.
- Pour into 2 quart, greased, casserole dish.
- In medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter with a fork to make crumbly
- Spread over potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
