Ingredients :
- 1 kiwi
- 1 small gem lettuce
- 1 fresh artichoke
- 1 salad onion
- 1 couple of slices of turkey breast
- some fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
- 1 dash olive oil
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- To taste salt and pepper
Method :
- Wash the fresh ingredients. Take the hard outside artichoke leaves off so that you are left with the softer heart. Peel the kiwi.
- Cut and arrange on the plate. First the lettuce, then the artichoke (cut in thin wedges), the kiwi, the onion, the turkey and finally the coriander leaves.
- Add salt and pepper, oil and vinegar and enjoy!!
