Ingredients :
- 7 eggs
- 3/4 cup Canola Oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cups packet matza meal or grind up 2 cups from (5.5) matza + 1/2 cup packet matza meal
Method :
- Mix all liquids with fork, then mix in matza
- Put in fridge for an hour If still liquid then add matza
- Make into golf balls
- Get water to a boil, add salt to taste. Maybe tsp and half. Boil for 1/2 hour with lid on, at simmer, stir occasionally.
