Ingredients :
- 200 grams flour
- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 200 grams bran flakes or corn flakes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- to taste salt & black pepper
- to taste Garlic powder
- Thyme
- Marjoram
Method :
- Wash and pat dry chicken pieces. Blend egg and milk. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
- Place chicken in blended mixture and set aside for approx 15 to 20 minutes
- Blend corn flakes or bran flakes to coarse texture
- Remove chicken and dust /coat lightly in flour and finely chopped thyme and marjoram. Then coat evenly with bran or cornflakes
- Place in foil sheet or baking pan. Place in preheated oven of 350 degrees F
- Bake for 40 minutes then turn pieces and complete baking for 10 minutes. Remove
- Garnish with sliced red. Pepper and lightly blanched spinach
