Ingredients :
- 210 g Flour
- 20 g Corn Starch
- 10 g Baking Powder
- 45 g Sugar
- 50 g Butter (A)
- 50 g Egg (about 1 Egg)
- 100 g Milk (or Water)
- 100 g Butter (B)
- 120 g Brown Sugar
- 20 g Cinnamon
- Quantities for Exterior
- Flour
Method :
- Line standard muffin tins with paper liners.
- Cream the butter (B) and set aside until use.
- Add the cinnamon and brown sugar to a medium mixing bowl and mix well. Set aside until use.
- Add the flour, corn starch, baking powder and sugar to a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add the butter (A), egg and milk (or water) to the dry mixture and knead well.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, about 2-3 mm thick.
- Spread the creamed butter (B) on the dough.
- Spread the brown sugar mixture over the butter.
- Roll up the dough and cut into about 3cm wide pieces.
- Place the dough in liners and bake for 25 min. Enjoy!
