Ingredients :
- 2-3 lb roast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 package either onion soup mix, or 1 Tbsp beef bullion
- 1 cup boiling water
Method :
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water into measuring cup
- Either add 1 package of onion soup mix, or 1 tbsp of beef bullion. (1 tsp of basil optional with bullion)
- Add rest of dry ingredients and mix well.
- Pour mixture onto (frozen) roast and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
