Ingredients :
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 oz pkg lemon jello
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoon lemon juice
- 16 oz cool whip
- 2 packs graham crackers
- 1 1/4 stick softened butter
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
Method :
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs in butter. Line bottom and sides of a 3x13x2 pan.
- Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add jello and lemon juice beat until well blended. Fold into cool whip. Pour onto crust sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and chill well.
