Ingredients :
- 8 Biscuits
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 packages Sausage
- 4 Eggs
Method :
- Brown sausage in large skillet. *** DO NOT DRAIN***
- Add flour to sausage. Start with 1/4 cup, then add 1 cup of milk. Continue this until gravy reaches desired thickness and taste. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Put biscuits in oven following directions on can.
- Scramble eggs however you desire
- Open 2 biscuits on plate. Spread eggs top of biscuits and top with gravy. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired and serve.
