Recipe Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients :

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped/quartered
  • 1 package frozen spinach, thawed, chopped
  • 1 pack (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 1 package mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo

Method :
  1. Mix the spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, mayo, salt & pepper, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Stir until all is mixed.
  2. Transfer from bowl to baking dish. Layer mozzarella on top.
  3. Cook in the oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
