Ingredients :
- 2 slices sprouted wheat bread
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup red beans
- 1 can skipjack tuna in oil
- 1 dash dill
- 1/4 cup roasted and salted sunflower seeds
Method :
- Toast the bread.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour spices on top. Mix it up, so flavor is evenly distrubuted throughout the ingredients.
- Eat with toast!
