Ingredients :
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 onion
- 1/2 box chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Green onion (optional)
- to taste Cilantro
- a few roasted peanuts
- 1 box brown rice
Method :
- Put all of it in Slow Cooker (except brown rice) on medium for 5 hours. At 4 hours put on high.
- Cook brown rice.
- Put chicken over brown rice.
