Ingredients :
- 100 g margarine
- 70 g sugar
- 230 g flour
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Method :
- Preheat the oven at 180°C/350°F. Put margarine and sugar into a bowl and mix together well until the texture of the mixture becomes smooth.
- Put the honey and molasses into the bowl and mix in, then put in the other ingredients and mix all together into a dough (note: dissolve the baking powder in a little hot water before putting it into a bowl)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll up the dough into small balls and place them on the tray. Bake for 15 minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
