Ingredients :
- 3 lb baby red potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp montreal chicken seasoning
Method :
- Cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Cut entire stick of butter into thin slices.
- Place potatoes into large microwave safe bowl with lid.
- Place butter, garlic, and seasoning over top of potatoes.
- Put lid on dish and microwave at 3-5 minute intervals stirring between each interval.
- Continue to microwave until potatoes are soft enough that they are easily cut with a fork.
