Ingredients :
- 5 large White potatoes
- 1 1/2 liter peanut oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Method :
- Cut all your potatoes length wise. I like to place all my chips in a large bowl of cold salted water. About 20 minutes or so.
- In a large pot add your peanut oil and turn on high. Or, if you have a deep fryer use as directed.
- In a large zip lock bag add your all purpose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and your cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Add all you chips and shake until all are coated.
- Place your coated chips carefully into your oil. Cook until golden brown.
