
Ingredients :
- Pie Crust
- 300 grams margarine/butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- Filling
- 300 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 400 ml water
- 8 egg yolks (mix well)
- 30 grams custard flour
- 2 tsp vanilla milk powder
Method :
- Mix butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl
- Then add the flour, mix. It will be crumbly, dense it.
- For the filling, mix condensed milk and water in a glass
- Beat well the eggs in a mixing bowl. Pour the milk mix in a bowl.
- Add custard flour and vanilla milk powder. Mix well. Then filter the filling.
- Spread margarine/butter in the pie mold thinly
- Take some of pie crust, dense it in a (Small) Pie mold. Pour the filling
- Bake at low heat for about 30-45 minutes
