
Ingredients :
- 250 gram glutinous rice flour
- 1 whole fresh grated coconut
- 250 ml full cream milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 7 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon margarine, melted
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients and put in the margarine-coated baking pan.
- Bake until golden brown. I use electrical oven on maximum heat.
- Wait until it"s cool before cutting it into squares.
