
Ingredients :
- 7 lb pork butt roast
- 10 pearl onions
- 3/4 cup skunks butt rub (see recipe)
- 3 celery stalks washed and chopped
- 3 very long carrots chopped diagonal
- 1 small onion sliced thinly
- 6 small sweet multi colored sweet peppers
- 1 cup water
Method :
- preheat oven 375°F Fahrenheit
- slit the butt with a knife poke pearl onions into holes both sides put butt rub on non fat side of butt
- fat side up poke pearl onions into slits there and put rub on
- add vegetables all around butt add onions on top cover add bake 6 hours or done
