Ingredients :
- 3 tomatillos
- 10 chiles de arbol
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
Method :
- Pan roast the tomatillos, chiles, and garlic on the stove top or in the oven until tomatillos are soft.
- Remove pan from heat and add water to pan to help cool veg and collect juices.
- Put the all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquefied, adding the cooling water to thin out.
- Salt to taste.
