Ingredients :
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 4 cup Raw Rice
- 1 packages Frozen Stir Fry Mix
- 1 Soy Sauce
- 1 Garlic Powder & Pepper
Method :
- Rinse Chicken breast & cube into small pieces. Season to taste with pepper & garlic powder. Start cooking in a separate skillet on medium heat. Cook all the way through. Once it"s completely cooked add to the stir fry mixture.
- Empty your favorite bag of stir fry mix into wok or non stick pan. Start cooking on medium - high heat. Stir frequently.
- Rinse raw rice & place into rice steamer. If you don"t have a steamer, cook rice the old fashioned way on the stove.
- Once rice is done the stir fry mix should be fully cooked. Serve over the rice with a splash of soy sauce if you like. Enjoy!
