Ingredients :
- Creamy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour (AP)
- Water (as desired for consistency)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 thin slice cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Cream
- Filling
- 2 Diced boiled Carrots
- 1/4 cup Boiled peas
- Ready macaroni
- 1/4 cup Chicken chunks
- 1 Boiled diced potato
- Topping
- Thyme
- 5 Cheese slices to spread on top
Method :
- For the creamy sauce, add butter melt it and then add flour. Add water if clumps form and then smooth the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add milk, cheese , cream and garlic and let it cook on low heat till the desired consistency is achieved.
- Now mix all the pre cooked filling items to the sauce. Put the mixture in a casserole dish and sprinkle with thyme.
- Finally, place cheese slices on top to cover and bake in the oven at 180 c till cheese on top melts.
