Ingredients :
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tbsp your favorite shredded cheese
- 1/2 tbsp water
- salt
- pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Whisk together your egg whites,water, and preferred seasoning.
- With a syringe, fill each muffin cup of non-stick muffin tin with approximately 2.5 ml. of egg white mixture. It should be just enough to cover the bottom.
- Sprinkle a small pitch of favorite cheese onto each egg white.
- Bake for 15 minutes to acquire a good crunch without burning, but check them every few minutes.
- Remove from oven once they are at your preferred crunch.
- Enjoy with preferred low- carb dip.
