Ingredients :
- 180 g Spaghetti
- 1 can Tuna
- 2 cup Cabbage (Shredded)
- 1 clove Garlic (Choppped)
- 2 pieces Anchovie
- 2 Tbsp Tomato Pasta Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Red Pepper
- Italian Parsley (Chopped)
Method :
- Cook the pasta to al dente. (Don"t forget to put the salt into the water.)
- Meanwhile, saute garlic and cabbage in olive oil and add tuna & anchovies with medium heat. (Don"t burn the garlic!)
- Add salt & red pepper and continue to sauté a few more minutes.
- Add 1&1/2 ladles of boiling pasta water.
- Add tomato pasta sauce.
- Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until the cabbage is cooked. (You may add 1 Tbsp white wine, If you wish.)
- Add cooked pasta and mix, absorb the sauce.
- Add chopped Italian parsley. Turn the heat off and you are ready to serve!
