Ingredients :
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 4 drops green food coloring
- 4 2/3 cup - sifted powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method :
- in a mixing bowl, add in cream cheese, peppermint extract,and green food coloring, beat till cream cheese is creamy,
- best to use stand mixer, now add powdered sugar half a cup at a time, till the mixture is stiff
- in a flexible candy mode, sprinkle a little sugar at the bottom of mold, now take about a tablespoon of the mint, pressing down into mold smooth the top, sprinkle a little sugar on top, place candy molds on a baking sheet and put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- no pop out candy from molds and enjoy. !!!!
