Ingredients :
- 400 g plain flour
- 200 g caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 LG eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 150 ml veg oil (coconut oil that is in liquid form can also be used instead)
- 6 tsp nutella
- 6 tsp crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (or caster sugar)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Method :
- Pre heat oven 180℃/350. In one bowl mix dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl add wet ingredients, then add wet to dry, mix together but don"t over mix.
- Place muffin cases in tins add a tbsp of batter then a tsp of Nutella, then cover with a heaped tbsp of batter repeat 5 times.
- Add 1 tbsp of batter into cases, add 1 tsp of crunchy peanut butter and top with a heaped tbsp of batter.
- Cook for 20/25 minutes Remove from oven allow to cool for 5 minutes
- Put sugar on a plate, melt butter in a bowl and once muffins are cooled dip each muffin in butter then coat in sugar.
- Allow to sit for as long as u can then make the coffee/cuppa tea and enjoy
- It"s a great muffin with a doughnut coating and creamy filling and muffin texture
