Ingredients :
- 50 g butter
- 1 medium onion diced
- 450 g Mushrooms diced
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1200 ml Chicken stock
- 1 block beef stock
Method :
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook mushrooms and onion in butter 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over mushrooms. Pour in stock, a little at a time, stirring constantly.
- Stir in stock cube, Bring to the boil, then remove from heat and stir, blend with a mixer then Serve.
