Ingredients :
- honey syrup (3:1::honey:water)
- 1/2 c wild arugula
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 oz gin (Hendrick's)
- ice
Method :
- For syrup: Add honey to hot water and stir to dissolve. Chill before using.
- Muddle arugula, lime juice, and 3/4 oz honey syrup to cocktail shaker. Add gin. Shake and strain over ice. Serve in rocks glass.
