Ingredients :
- ---sauce---
- 1/3 cup mirin
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ------
- Chicken thighs with skin on
- Broccoli
Method :
- In a sauce pan, add sauce ingredients in and cook for 10 mins.
- Set the sauce aside.
- In a large pan, add chicken in and cook until brown on both sides.
- Once chicken is cooked, slice it thinly and pour sauce over it.
- Serve it with rice and steamed broccoli.
