Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packages sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp diced shallots
- 6 clove minced garlic
- 1 diced onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cup beef stock
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 lb cooked pasta
- 2 tbsp Fresh tyme
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream
Method :
- Add first 7 ingredients and brown. Add red wine until evaporated. Now add stock, worchestershire sauce and simmer for 45 minutes. Add al dente pasta, fresh tyme, parmesan and top with sour cream.
