Ingredients :
- 4 cup broccoli
- 1 cup oil
- 10 small thinly sliced shallots
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
Method :
- Bring a pot of water to a boil then add in salt and blanch the broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes then drain dry
- Heat up the oil then deep fry the shallot with constantly stirring till its,lightly brown then drain immediately
- Pour the soy sauce onto the cooked broccoli then pour 1 tbsp of the burning hot oil and serve with the deep fried crispy shallot and enjoy
- My lunch ,baked salmon with broccoli with soy sauce and shallot oil on white rice
