Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup Redds Apple Ale
- 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Method :
- Mix all ingredients together in small sauce pan.
- Bring to rolling boil. Reduce heat to slow boil and reduce to a quarter.
- Brush glaze over pork roast while roasting. Every ten minutes during the last 30 minutes of cooking roast.
