Resep Fitness Pancakes

Ingredients :

  • 4 eggs white
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoons seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method :
  1. Heat a nonstick large skillet over medium heat
  2. Blend all the ingredients and cook
  3. Top with fruits
