Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 1 water
- 3 cup milk (enough to cover rice at end)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powdered or 1 cinnamon stick.
- 3 tbsp sugar (can adjust)
Method :
- Steam rice.
- When it"s almost done, and water evaporates, pour milk instead of water.
- Add sugar and cinnamon.
- Keep an eye on rice, and bring to simmer.
- Keep stirring, until rice is soft.
- Take away from heat and wait for it to cool. Eat after it gets cold in the fridge.
