Ingredients :
- 50 g unsalted butter (soften)
- 50 g plain yogurt or cream cheese
- 30 g Sugar
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 1 small Apple
- 100 g flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- silver balls for decoration
Method :
- Preheat the oven to 170C.
- Mix the butter and yogurt (or cream Cheese) together in a mixing bowl. After that, add in sugar to the butter mixture.
- Add in beaten eggs little by little, mix well until combine. Add in honey and mix well.
- Peel off the skin of apple and cut it into small pieces. Add to the mixture.
- Now, sift in flour into the mixture, fold the batter until all flour is just combined.
- Put equal amount of mixture into 6 baking cups. Bake in cakes for 25min at 170C.
- Now, prepare for the icing. Mix icing sugar and water together until all sugar is dissolved.
- When the cakes are done, place them on a tray for cooling. When they are completely cooled, place icing on top of the cakes and place some silver balls for decoration.
