
Ingredients :
- 1 medium Banana
- 2 Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Sunbutter (or any nut butter) optional for extra protein
- 1 cup Milk (almond or soy works too)
Method :
- Slice banana and strawberry. Place flat on a wax paper on a flat pan and freeze for minimum of 2 hours. I freeze overnight and store them in freezer bags until I am ready to use.
- Place frozen fruit, sunbutter, and milk in blender and pulse/mix until it is a smoothie. I use a cheap and small baby food blender.
- Pour and enjoy breakfast on the go!
