Recipe Breakfast Shake

Resep Breakfast Shake

Ingredients :

  • 1 medium Banana
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Sunbutter (or any nut butter) optional for extra protein
  • 1 cup Milk (almond or soy works too)

Method :
  1. Slice banana and strawberry. Place flat on a wax paper on a flat pan and freeze for minimum of 2 hours. I freeze overnight and store them in freezer bags until I am ready to use.
  2. Place frozen fruit, sunbutter, and milk in blender and pulse/mix until it is a smoothie. I use a cheap and small baby food blender.
  3. Pour and enjoy breakfast on the go!
