Recipe Watercress and Leeks soup

Ingredients :

• 1/2 veg stock cube
• 1 onion
• 1 potato
• 1 leek
• 120 grams watercress ( 1 salad bag approx )
• olive oil
• salt
• pepper

Method :

1. Add salt and pepper as you like and once boiling leave it in slow cooking 40 min.
