Ingredients :
- 4 Summer Squash, sliced
- 10 Sweet peppers, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Garlic salt
- Ground pepper
Method :
- Melt butter and oil together in a frying pan.
- Add the squash and peppers.
- Cover for 5 minutes.
- Gently stir every 3-4 minutes. Cover.
- Repeat process 3 times. Stir and cover.
- Sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper on the veggies to taste. Then leave the cover off stirring every 2 minutes till you have the desired texture.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
