Ingredients :
- 500 grams Beef mince
- 1 cup Breadcrumb
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Ground cumin seed
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 (Sauce)
- 400 ml Spicy tomato soup
- 400 grams Chopped tomato
- 2 small carrot, finely diced
- 2 Celery stalk, finely diced
- 1/2 medium brown onion, finely diced
- 2 Rasher bacon, diced
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 Beef stock cube
- 1 tbsp Mixed herbs
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 Splash of red wine
- 1 Salt & Pepper
- 1 packages Spaghetti, cooked to packet directions
Method :
- Mix mince, crumb, egg, herbs & spices in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into little balls and fry until well browned. Drain on paper towel and set aside.
- In a deep pan fry onion, bacon, celery & garlic until veggies are soft.
- Add wine and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Throw some cooked spaghetti in a bowl, top with meatballs and sauce. A sprinkle of grated Parmesan, some cracked pepper and salt and WALLA! Enjoy!
- Add tomato, soup, stock, herbs and spices. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Sauce will look thick and smell yummy.
