
Ingredients :
- 600 grams Rib eye steak
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Garlic salt
- 1 All purpose seasoning
- 1 Cracked black pepper
Method :
- Pre-heat oven to 135*C.
- Remove from fridge, season steak and let it sit for around 40 minutes before cooking starts. Starting the cooking process from room temp helps insure this big lump cooks through properly.
- Drizzle some olive oil on steak and in a hot pan, brown all over to seal.
- Throw in a baking dish and bake for 1 hour for well done. 45 mins medium. 30 mins med rare.
