Ingredients :
- 1/2 diced cucumber
- 2 carrots sliced
- 3/4 diced red pepper
- 1 can rinsed chickpeas
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- Tablespoon cumin
- 1/4-13 cup olive oil
- chopped cilantro
Method :
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Mix in chopped cilantro
