
Ingredients :
- 1 large banana
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
Method :
- Add peeled and sliced banana to a bowl and smash it with a fork.
- Add eggs and mix it till well combined. Then add flour and mix it again.
- Heat non-stick frying pan and fry pancakes for 1-2 min each side (you can make 4 pancakes, about 4.3 inch each)
