Ingredients :
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp chili oil
Method :
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch in mixing bowl; stir until dissolved. Add in remaining ingredients
- Coat meat with marinade and refrigerate for at least 15 min.
