Recipe Mango Berry Smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mango chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Method :
  1. Blend all ingredients.
