
Ingredients :
- 5 oz Tuna (one small can) packed in water, drained
- 1 cup or 85g Broccoli slaw
- 1 tbsp or 10g Dried cranberries
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Sea salt
- 1 Fresh ground pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Method :
- Combine tuna, broccoli slaw and cranberries in a bowl to make the base of the salad.
- In a separate bowl add garlic, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Slowly add the olive oil, stirring very well until fully incorporated. Pour dressing over the salad.
