Ingredients :
- 1 bunch squid tentacles
- 1 each egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- bread crumbs
- oil for frying, peanut is good because it's high heat.
- flour
Method :
- Heat your oil to 360.
- Whip your egg and add in your buttermilk. (this is a good place to add salt)
- Dredge the squid through the egg and buttermilk and then through the bread crumbs. I usually do this twice with a final pass through flour.
- Fry until golden.
