Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Hot sausage, removed from casing
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 33/100 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp Chopped sundried tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method :
- preheat oven to 450°F
- in a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except oil. mix, knead, and squeeze until very well blended
- wet hands in water. roll the mixture into 1 1/2" meat balls
- oil a shallow roasting pan and brown the balls in the oven, about 20 minutes
