Ingredients :
- 1 Flour Tortilla
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Shiracha Hot Sauce
- 2 Cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Ranch Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
Method :
- Make sure you carefully read the entire thing before trying it out.
- Start by heating oil in a pan till it"s just before the boiling stage.
- Crack open the eggs into the pan and add the Shiracha, Mayonnaise and Dark Soy Sauce into the pan.
- Now remember to use your senses, just because it"s written here, doesn"t mean it"s the exact amounts, if it"s looking adequate, don"t put any more..
- Stir until all the ingredients are mixed and the egg is cooked. It should be scrambled at this point in time.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Take the pan off of the stove, and put on another pan with a wider base to cook the Tortilla.
- Lay the Tortilla on the pan and start cooking one side of it, and flip to make sure both sides look light brown in colour.
- Now slowly put the Ranch sauce on the Tortilla, spread it evenly.
- Now add the cooked egg on the Tortilla, followed by adequate grated cheese.
- Now fold the Tortilla from one side to the other, making the full circle in to a folded half one.
- Gently pat and press the Tortilla till the cheese melts and the Tortilla is cooked.
- Take the Tortilla off of the pan and plate it in a matter that suits you.
- Note - From step 6 to step 11, all the steps need to be done in rapid succession in order to save the Tortilla from turning hard and crisp.
