Ingredients :
- pork loin
- 12 piece bacon
- 1 choice of seasoning
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 cheeses sticks of choice
- 2 sweet peppers
- 1/2 jalapeno
- 1 cream cheese (optional)
- 1 pepperoni
- 1 salami
Method :
- Smoke pork loin for about an hour.
- Create 6×6 bacon lattice.
- Sprinkle seasoning on bacon.
- Place remaining ingredients on lattice and roll.
- Grill for about 20 minutes, or until internal temperature is 145°F.
