Ingredients :
- 3 large chicken breast cut in half for 6 total
- to taste salt/pepper
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1 bowl for water
- 1 tbsp paprika
- to taste Cajun spice
- 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- anola oil for frying
Method :
- Cut thawed chicken breast in halves. Season salt an pepper.
- Prepare a bowl of water set aside for dipping. Mix flour an dry ingredients together than set aside.
- Heat the oil. The oil needs to be at med to med high heat in cast iron.
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture than place in water. Dredge in flour mixture a second time, then you fry in the oil.
- Fry for roughly 7 minutes until golden. Adjust timing if you have to. Every stove top is different. ENJOY♡♡♡
